This is a great quick recipe for a cold, rainy day. I promise it only takes 4-5 minutes total! I used lump crab for my soup, but you can use whatever type suits you. I also added caramelized onions, but you don’t have to if you’re not into mixing vegetables. I love that the miracle noodles are so filling and the Bragg’s tastes a little like soy sauce, so it adds an Asian flair. Great, Regina! Canned crab is fine and you don’t need to eat a lot of the miracle noodles to feel full. If I make a recipe with them it holds up fine in the fridge for several days. I usually eat 1/3 to 1/2 of the 7 oz bag as a serving. Keep up the good work and stay strong during the holidays.
Hi Toni,
Greetings from Houston. Your site is amazing. I’m on day 7. Paid a lot at a MD office, but won’t make that mistake again, thanks to you!
Do you have any info on using spaghetti squash? In Phase 2? I know it is not on the original Dr’s protocol, but other things have changed– from what I have read…
No spaghetti squash, Maureen, on P2 and probably be careful with it on P3. It is a healthy alternative to pasta in P4 though. Thanks for stopping by!
