I made two servings of this recipe the other day–one for lunch and another for dinner on another day. Last night I made chicken enchiladas for my family, but my 13 year-old wanted to eat my leftover stir-fry instead! She cleaned her plate! Be sure to check out my other Miracle Noodles Recipes. Tanya, some Asian grocers or health food stores sell “shirataki” noodles. These are the same as miracle noodles.
I made this recipe today! Oh it is sooooo good. I know you made yours with your own seasoning mix, could you please share your recipe for the blacken seasoning?
I used some lemon pepper seasoning mix and just the Bragg’s with the asparagus. The noodles made it more filling and I have my lunch for tomorrow too.
Thanks again Toni!
So sorry for the late replies, Connie–I’ve been out for a while with spine surgery. Trying to catch up on all of my work. The blackened seasoning recipe is already on here. Here’s the link: http://www.hcgdietrecipesmadesimple.com/2012/01/11/blackened-seasoning/
Keep up the good work!
Just wanted to thank you for the awesome recipes.
