HCG Diet Recipe Snack - Kale Chips

I love to eat Crispy Baked Spinach or Kale Chips when I’m craving something salty and crunchy. I can’t believe how much they charge for these things in the health food stores when this recipe is so easy to make.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse the kale carefully and allow all of the water to drain off. You may need to wrap in a few paper towels to absorb all of the moisture. Cut the kale into large pieces and place on a baking sheet that has been coated with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray the kale with cooking spray and sprinkle with the seasoning of your choice–my favorite is Cajun Seasoning. ┬áBake for about 15 minutes or until the kale is slightly brown and crispy. It will continue to become a bit more crispy after you remove from it the oven.

You can store any leftover kale chips in a ziploc baggie, but you’ll have to put them back into the oven for just a few minutes to crisp back up.
