Just wondering about phase 3 of HCG diet. What to eat and what not to have.
These menu are what calorie count? I’m suppose to eat 1880 cal with 3-5 days exercise. 1360 just general. these don’t seem like they are that many calories. Can you explain.
Chris, I don’t have the calorie counts for each of the meals or menus. I don’t count calories on Phase 3. I prefer to eat to hunger as described in “Weight Loss Apocalypse.” Even before I read WLA I never counted calories–just stayed away from sugar and starches and I stabilized perfectly. Toni, some of the recipes call for olive oil, can i use the coconut oil in them?
Definitely! Coconut oil is probably better.
